CHAPTER THREE

A Million Niggas in Brooklyn

Nobody knew that I was Wilson's late night booty call, except for me and him. He always pretended to be blackout drunk, that he didn't remember it the next day. But I could see it in his eyes that he didn't. He liked having me as a low-cost alternative to getting chicks to come over.

During the last week of every month, Paul asked me to stay late to help him with the financials. He knew that only I had a brain for math: Daniel was focused on his muscles, and Wilson on his women. So it was up to me to help him.

I knew he would want to toast to celebrate, and I was right. He poured us both a shot. "Drink to the child!" he said grandly, "I wish my boy would settle down with someone. He's almost thirty years old and never been with the same girl more than a month or two. It's sick."

I nodded.

"But what can I say? I hate my wife, after all, why should I push my son into having one too?" Paul said. He looked at me sharply, "Don't never tell no one I said that. It ain't true anyway, I love my wife. But damn a part of me is glad she gone."

"I bet a part of you is sad too," I said. I smacked my lips and reached for his crotch underneath the table.

He pushed my hand away. "I told you, I don't do that. I'm married."

I poured us both another drink. "Have it your way. I know you ain't had a mistress in months, so if you satisfied jacking off until she get back, be my guest. There's a million niggas in Brooklyn who can't wait to bust they nut on my tongue."

He was quiet for a minute, then bit his tongue. "Okay, okay, but don't tell no one. I'll look like a hypocrite, but damn you right, I hate jacking off." He undid his slacks and let his thick cock hang out, his pendulous balls dangling beneath them.
